Well its a sad story, but rather that then another bomber. For all we know he could have acting weirdly. Can you say you never think people look suspicious? I agree that his records and photoes should be destroyed if they are not charging him but the actual bombers did dumby runs before the actual incident so maybe records should be kept and its not like the police tortured him!
