I’ve been noticing increased traffic from Google for searches for DSPAM vs ASSP, so I guess you think I know about both 🙂 I do indeed have experience of both and recommend them both as excellent SPAM tools. I will write a full comparison and thoughts on both very shortly. Stay tuned.

I actually don’t claim to know either product inside out, I’m purely commenting on my own personal opinions and findings. I expect both products have changed drastically since I wrote about this too. I do say that my linux knowledge is not that great and therefore I probably struggled with bits that others would find a breeze. It’s also worth mentioning that my experiences are with ASSP on Windows and DSPAM (obviously) on linux.
I’m intrigued to know what it is I’ve got so wrong and therefore welcome constructive comments Cerberos.
